A place a father can return to in different seasons of life.
For fatherhood, partnership, health, work and personal growth.
Expert knowledge becomes concrete steps and real change.
Different fathers · one shared journey
Future and new fathers
Dads of young children
Dads of schoolchildren and teens
Men who want to be more present at home and within themselves
What you'll find inside
Start with what you're dealing with — “I'm exhausted”, “I snap”, “we're expecting” — not with a catalogue.
Psychology, relationships, health, parenting, work, finances, the body and fathers' lived experience.
Questions, sentences, checklists, mini-rituals and worksheets for real life.
Regular sessions where you can bring a specific problem and get an answer.
A safe space for sharing, support and the experience of other men.
Three small steps that bring inspiration into life at home.
Why Tátosféra. Why now.
Today's dad is expected to be a present parent, an equal partner, a high-performing professional and a mentally resilient person. Often without a map, without time and without a place to start before a crisis hits.
AI is changing roles, expectations and the sense of security. A dad is expected to handle change at work and still be a stable anchor at home.
Overload, unequal care and little room for closeness affect the partnership and the relationship with the kids.
Many men have no safe space to talk early about uncertainty, loneliness or what they're struggling with at home.
A book, podcast or workshop can inspire. But on a tough Tuesday, what's missing is a short step you can actually take.
Tátosféra isn't another course. It's infrastructure for fathers' everyday lives.
It combines prevention with help when things are already hard: quick orientation, small doable steps, expert content, community and follow-up support. At the right time, by life stage and without pressure to be perfect.
Tátosféra does not replace therapy or crisis care; it helps catch problems earlier and find the next right step.
Context and data
What research shows
It's not a perfection contest. Research repeatedly shows links between quality father involvement, children's wellbeing, the couple's relationship and parents' mental health.
Kids
01Quality father involvement is linked to better cognitive and social-emotional outcomes in children.
Meta-analysis · Child Development, 2021Partner
02Higher perceived father involvement was linked to lower depression and parenting stress in mothers.
Studie 447 matek · Frontiers in Psychiatry, 2020Dad
03Depression affects roughly 10% of fathers before the baby is born and 8–9% after birth.
Meta-analysis · Journal of Affective Disorders, 2020Long-term development
04Greater father involvement in childhood was linked to healthier stress regulation and lower risk of substance use in sons in adulthood.
Longitudinal study · Developmental Psychobiology, 2021The studies describe associations, not simple cause and effect. Results may vary by family and cultural context.
01 / For dads
Instead of another to-do list, you get one manageable step for the situation you're facing today.
What are you dealing with right now?
Work, children, responsibilities. Where do I find any energy for myself?
How do I manage my emotions without taking them out on the people I love most?
How do I stay close as they grow, pull away or reject me?
How do we protect our relationship amid work, children and daily routines?
What do my children really need — and what is just my own expectation?
How do I set boundaries and build a life that isn't just an endless to-do list?
Grows with you
Tátosféra knows you face different questions before the birth, with a toddler and with a teenager. That's why it offers support based on the stage you're in right now.

What are you dealing with in life?
Some questions have nothing to do with your child's age. They arrive with a breakup, a new relationship, a change of job, ageing, or the moment you start asking what's next. Tátosféra is ready for those moments too.
The challenges change. The need for a good relationship and inner stability stays.
But understanding isn't change yet. That's why Tátosféra turns insight into one concrete sentence, question or step you can manage today.

What your company gets
Parenthood is one of life's most demanding changes. Timely support reduces long-term overload and reasons to leave.
Practical help at home reduces the mental load that otherwise spills into focus, performance and absences.
Active fathers create room at home for mothers' careers too. The benefit supports your DEI and family-friendly goals.
HR gets an aggregated wellbeing index, engagement rate and usage trend — never employees' personal topics.
How Tátosféra works
The company provides access. The dad chooses his child's age, topics and pace himself.
Micro-steps, expert interviews and recommendations for real situations at home and at work.
Aggregated usage, wellbeing trend and feedback without access to private topics.

Who is behind the project
We're not perfect dads, and we don't set that standard. We believe what matters is the ability to pause, repair the connection and return to what matters to us. The podcast, the community and fathers' experience are the foundation on which David Škrobánek and Andrej Outrata are building a practical digital ecosystem.
This is us

Coach and mentor · founder of Dobrý táta
David founded Dobrý táta, an initiative supporting men through parenthood and professional life. He provides individual mentoring and runs workshops for dads and others — from inspiring gatherings to the comprehensive Academy for Dads.
He organises the first business Fatherhood Conference “Dad in the 21st Century”, founded the podcast Dobrý táta — conversations (not only) for dads, and runs weekend events for fathers and children.
What he shares is not theory — it comes from his own experience as a father of five living in a blended family. He combines personal practice with scientific research and exchanges with experts in psychology, education and leadership.
He received the Creative Hero award from the Netherlands-Czech Chamber of Commerce. He has appeared on Czech Television, DTV, Trochu jinak s Adélou and Radiožurnál. Before founding Dobrý táta, he spent nearly 20 years in HR at international companies, most recently four years as HR Director for Northern Europe in London.

Strategist and Guide · Founder of Cesta Otca
Andrej worked for more than 11 years as a marketing strategist for leading publishers around the world — helping them teach their readers to value and support quality journalism by launching, setting up and optimising online customer journeys, paywalls and entire digital subscription systems.
In September 2025 came a professional turning point: after being let go in a reorganisation, he took a six-month fatherhood leave followed by a six-month sabbatical. During them he founded his own project, Cesta Otca, where he runs fathers' circles and guides fathers individually and in groups as a mentor. Since March 2026, when he and David met at the Dobrý táta conference, they have been developing the activities of Dobrý táta as partners, including Tátosféra.
He is a long-standing certified business coach and trainer of experiential pedagogy. Today he assists at father retreats; previously he taught on the Tady a Teď course at Prázdninová škola Lipnice and was part of the Leadership Camp team at Nexteria.
Andrej invests heavily in his own growth — he recently completed the six-month The New Fatherhood REBOOT, an online mentoring programme for fathers by Kevin Maguire, and is currently in a three-month IKIGAI coaching training. He experiments with what it means to live conscious masculinity, partnership and fatherhood — with his long-time wife and as father of a young daughter.
